Registration: Required for all attending, Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the show start time. Any unclaimed spots will be released to walk-ins after that.

*Space is limited. Please make sure to register for all family members attending (entering the dome) (Ex:1 adult + 2 kids = 3 tickets!). Disclaimer: Children must be accompanied by an adult at the event for the entire show.

Important Information:‍

1. No readmission: Programs run 20–25 minutes. For safety reasons, the dome doors stay closed during the show unless for emergency. Guests cannot be readmitted if they leave early, as it is dangerous to come back into the dark space. Please     be ready to enjoy the full experience!‍

2. Washroom break beforehand: Please ensure children use the washroom before the show to avoid disruptions.‍

3. What to expect in the dome: The dome is dark with moving images and sounds, which can be surprising for little ones. Although we do our best to ensure the dome environment is calm and comfortable, younger audiences can be apprehensive. Talking about what to expect beforehand helps everyone feel calm and ready to enjoy the experience.
