Our Security personelle patrol the Centre, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment for everyone. We closely monitor the interior and exterior of the property with one of the most technically-advanced closed-circuit camera systems in Canada. In addition, Niagara Pen Centre Security supports property monitoring with continuous marked vehicle and uniformed foot patrols.

Niagara Pen Centre Security maintains strong relationships with community partners, the Niagara Regional Police Service and other emergency services. By working closely with our law enforcement partners, we monitor critical information daily, furthering our commitment to ensure Niagara Pen Centre as a safe destination for everyone.

‍Aside from providing a safe, secure shopping environment, Niagara Pen Centre Security responds to thousands of calls for service to assist in the following areas:
