LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED GIFT CARDS
If a Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the cardholder may request a replacement card, when presenting the original proof of purchase at Guest Services. Replacement gift cards are issued and activated with the amount of the available balance remaining from the lost, stolen or damaged gift card, at the time the replacement card is issued. No fee will be charged for replacement.

ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE FOR GIFT CARDS
Niagara Pen Centre Gift Cards may be used for payment of goods and services and will not be refundable, in whole or in part, for cash.
VALID THROUGH DATE
Cards purchased after July 8th, 2026: Funds do not expire & no associated fees apply.
Cards purchased before July 8th, 2026: After 12 months of non-use, a $2.50 monthly account maintenance fee will bededucted from the card balance. Fee details are outlined in the Cardholder Agreement provided at the time of purchase. For questions, please contact or visit Customer Service.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY GIFT CARD?
Niagara Pen Centre gift cards can not be returned or exchanged, cards are not redeemable for cash.
