LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED GIFT CARDS

If a Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the cardholder may request a replacement card, when presenting the original proof of purchase at Guest Services. Replacement gift cards are issued and activated with the amount of the available balance remaining from the lost, stolen or damaged gift card, at the time the replacement card is issued. No fee will be charged for replacement.

CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT

At the time of sale, the Gift Card will be accompanied by a cardholder agreement which details the terms and conditions governing the use of the gift card.

ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE FOR GIFT CARDS

Niagara Pen Centre Gift Cards may be used for payment of goods and services and will not be refundable, in whole or in part, for cash.

VALID THROUGH DATE

To manage fraud and misuse, Niagara Pen Centre Gift Cards will become unusable after a date (the Valid Through date) that is encoded in the gift card. The Valid Through date is no less than 18 months and no longer than 36 months after the date when the gift card was issued and activated.

NIAGARA PEN CENTRE GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your Gift Card is subject to Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Terms and Conditions may be obtained from a Customer Service representative. The Terms and Conditions include a maintenance fee. A $2.50 monthly fee will be deducted from the card starting 16 months after Activation Date and continue each month thereafter, until the gift card account has a zero balance.
