Part-Time Sales Associate

Kavar Jewellers is seeking sales associates committed to engage with clients and offer exceptional customer service. A background in jewellery, watches OR retail sales, with a specialty in client relations is required. Part-Time hours can range from 15-30 hours a week.

Must be available for any shift during mall operation hours. Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm, Saturday from 9am-6pm and Sunday from 10:30am-5pm.

Main responsibilities include:

• Actively approach, engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with brand ambassadors and sales team
• Clienteling both during and after a sale
• Receiving training both in-store and online through e-modules
• Foster an environment that has customer service at the forefront, ensuring consumer satisfaction and retention
• Ability to adapt to change and use technology to assist the consumer and fellow sales associates

Job Type: Part-time

Work days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (required)
• customer service: 2 years (preferred)
