Wheelchair-accessible washrooms are adjacent to the Food Hall, next to Tim Hortons, and near London Drugs, next to Sushi Gozen and Union Insurance. New! The inclusive washroom near London Drugs includes an adult accessibility lift and change station.  

We have a selection of mobility aids available at our Customer Service desk to help make your shopping experience more enjoyable. Motorized scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A government-issued ID is required for this service. Other conditions may apply.

Coin Counter
Updated March 1, 2026: The coin machine is up and running!

Goodbye change, hello Gift Card! Save your pennies, check your couch cushions, raid your piggy banks! Use our coin counter, located at Customer Service, to turn your loose change into a St. Vital Centre Gift Card. Our coin counter service is offered free of charge.

Family-friendly Features:

Our family washroom and baby-changing area are adjacent to the Food Hall, next to Tim Hortons, and near London Drugs, next to Sushi Gozen and Union Insurance.  

Stroller rentals are available from our self-serve Smarte Carte stroller system at Entrance 4, across from LensCrafters and the Dynacare Labs. Guests can rent single strollers ($5.00) and double strollers ($7.00). Cash and credit are accepted.  

The Play Park is open! Located across from our Customer Service desk and open to all our visitors with little ones.  Don't forget to bring your socks! Click here to view our Play Park guidelines. The Play Park is closed from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm daily for cleaning:

Kids club:

Come and walk, stay and shop. Mall doors open at 9 am Monday to Saturday and 10 am on Sunday.

We’ll give your car a boost, or even help you find your “misplaced” car (it happens, and don’t worry – Customer Service is a judgment-free zone!). Contact Customer Service for help.

Postage stamps: Canadian stamps are available for purchase at Customer Service. Cash only, please.

Lost & Found: Visit us at Customer Service or call 204-257-5646. Items are kept for 30 days before being donated to charity.  

Paging: In case of an emergency such as a lost child, please visit us at Customer Service to request this service.

Tourist Information: Customer Service Representatives are happy to answer your questions, point you in the right direction, or suggest things to do during your visit to Winnipeg!

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout St. Vital Centre. Look for the network name "St. Vital WIFI" on your phone, tablet, or other Wi-Fi-capable device to connect!

Security and First Aid:

The St. Vital Centre Security Hotline is 204-791-9479.   St. Vital Centre features interior and exterior closed-circuit television monitoring, 24-hour foot patrols, and security vehicle patrols. If you require a Security escort to your vehicle, please contact Customer Service.  

All Security officers are trained in first aid.

If you require immediate medical assistance, contact Customer Service for help.  We have a mobile defibrillator on-site.
