Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, creative, and detail-oriented Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team during the holiday season. This role involves assisting customers, personalizing Christmas ornaments and gifts, operating a point-of-sale system, and helping to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Personalize ornaments and gifts with neat, legible handwriting
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise displays and keep the kiosk/store tidy
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications:

• Strong penmanship and attention to detail
• Creative flair and ability to produce attractive personalized designs
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required
