Responsibilities

‍

• Drive sales through exceptional service, product recommendations, and promotions.
• Perform piercings safely, provide aftercare education, and create a comfortable experience for customers.
• Support the Store Manager in motivating the team and achieving goals.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, inventory, and an organized store.
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and daily store operations.
• Stay current on fashion and social trends to inspire customers and promote Claire’s products.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates self-expression.

About You

‍

• 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience.
• Customer-focused, sales-driven, positive, and confident working independently.
• Strong communication, organization, math, and POS skills.
• Passionate about fashion, trends, teamwork, and customer service.
• Patient and empathetic when performing piercings, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Able to stand throughout shifts, climb ladders/step stools, bend and reach, and maneuver 25–75 lbs ‍
• Comfortable creating styled product looks and helping customers express their individual style.
