OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (the “Official Rules”)

1. The prize will be awarded to the nominated mother named on the winning entry.

2. The person who submitted the winning nomination (the nominator) will be contacted directly by phone.

3. The nominator must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Niagara Region, Ontario to be eligible to enter. The nominated mother must also be a resident of the Niagara Region, Ontario.

4. The contest closes on May 10, 2026 at 4:59 PM EST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. The prize must be picked up in person by the winning nominator at Niagara Pen Centre Guest Services. If the prize is not picked up by the specified time and no alternate arrangements have been made, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. The winning nominator is solely responsible for presenting the prize to their nominated mother.

7. The prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

8. There is one (1) prize package available, consisting of: One (1) $200 Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card and a one-night getaway for two (2) adults at Mueller Acres’ rustic cabins in Niagara, including breakfast for two (2) (valued at $250). The stay is valid until September 30, 2026, and must be booked on a mutually agreed-upon date with Mueller Acres. One (1) $200 Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card.

9. Mueller Acres is an independent third-party accommodation provider. All aspects of the stay, including property conditions, amenities, services, and overall guest experience, are solely the responsibility of Mueller Acres. Niagara Pen Centre and its affiliates are not responsible for the operation, management, safety, or condition of the property and assume no liability in connection with the stay.

10. Niagara Pen Centre and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or other incident that may occur during or as a result of the stay or prize experience. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Niagara Pen Centre and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

11. This contest is not open to Niagara Pen Centre employees, Leyad employees, their immediate families, or affiliated agencies.

12. One (1) winning nomination will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries during the week of May 11, 2026.

13. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

14. The winning nominator may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.

15. By entering, participants grant Niagara Pen Centre permission to share submitted messages, stories, and memories on its social media channels (@niagarapencentre) and other promotional materials.

16. Niagara Pen Centre reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
