Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility:
This promotion is open only to Canadian residents. Offer is not open to Niagara Pen Centre employees, Leyad employees, family members, affiliated agencies, Niagara Pen Centre retail merchants and tenants, and their immediate family members or persons with whom such individuals are domiciled.

2. Offer:
Spend $100 or more on a Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card between June 8, 2026 and June 21, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) and receive two (2) FREE General Admission tickets to Merrittville Speedway (the “Gift”), while supplies last (the “Offer”). Tickets are valid for admission during the 2026 Merrittville Speedway racing season, subject to Merrittville Speedway admission policies and event schedules.

3. Offer Limits:
Offer available while supplies last. Limit one (1) Gift per person, per day. Offer valid for in-person gift card purchases only; online sales are excluded. Fraudulent or non-complying requests will not receive the Gift. Offer cannot be altered, copied, transferred, or sold. Gift must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value.

4. General Conditions:
This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. The decisions of Niagara Pen Centre Management with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal. Niagara Pen Centre (the “Released Parties”) will not be liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late, or destroyed Gifts.

By participating in the Promotion, and as a condition of acceptance of the Offer, participants, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability in connection with the Promotion, their participation therein, and the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Gift or any portion thereof.

Niagara Pen Centre reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend, or suspend this Promotion, or to amend these Terms, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.

THESE TERMS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THEIR TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND THE LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN WITHOUT REGARD TO THEIR CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.‍
