Rules & Regulations

1. To be eligible to enter, participants must be residents of the Niagara Region, Ontario.

‍

2. Participants who are 18 years of age or older may enter independently. If a participant is under 18 years of age, they must havethe consent of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or legal guardian whois 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Niagara Region, Ontario must claim and accept the prize on their behalf if selected as a winner.

‍

3. The contest opens on October 13, 2026 and closes on October 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

‍

4. To enter, participants must complete and submit the Niagara Pen Centre Customer Survey during the contest period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

‍

5. The prize must be picked up in person at Niagara Pen Centre Guest Services. If the prize is not picked up by the specified time and no alternate arrangements have been made, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. Prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

‍

7. There are three (3) prizes available. Each winner will receive one (1) Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card valued at $100.

8. Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.

‍

9. This contest is not open to Niagara Pen Centre employees, Leyad employees, their immediate families, or affiliated agencies.

‍

10. Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

‍

11. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

‍

12. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.

‍

13. Information and feedback collected through the survey may be used by Niagara Pen Centre for research, planning, and to better understand customer experiences and preferences. Personal information collected for contest entry purposes will be used to administer the contest and contact selected winners.

14. Niagara Pen Centre reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

15. All entrants must comply with these Official Rules. Decisions of Niagara Pen Centre management are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
