Contest Rules & Regulations

The Earth Month Scavenger Hunt (the “Contest”) runs from April 17, 2026 at 1:00 PM (ET) to April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET). To be eligible, participants must complete all six (6) scavenger hunt stops and submit all corresponding PINs through the designated entry forms. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Participants must be legal residents of Ontario and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Internet access or a paper entry form (available at Guest Services) is required to participate. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the contest closing date will be deemed invalid.

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries and will be contacted via email on or about May 1, 2026. Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question in order to be declared a winner, in accordance with Canadian contest regulations. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable.

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting winners. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
