OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (the “Official Rules”)

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to Canadian residents. Offer is not open to Niagara Pen Centre employees, LEYAD Employees, Family Members & Affiliated Agencies. Niagara Pen Centre retail merchants and tenants of Niagara Pen Centre and their immediate families and persons whom such individuals may be domiciled during this above-identified promotion are not eligible to purchase or participate.

2. Offer: Spend $100 or more on a Niagara Pen Centre Gift Cards on from February 9th - 14th, 2026  (the “Promotion Period”), and receive 1 (one) $15 Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card (the “Gift”), or while supplies last (the “Offer”).

3. Offer Limits: Offer only available while supply lasts. Limit one (1) promo per person, per day. Offer valid in-person only, online sales are excluded. Fraudulent or non-complying requests will not receive the Gift. Offer cannot be altered, copied, transferred or sold.

4. General Conditions: This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Niagara Pen Centre Management with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal. Niagara Pen Centre (the “Released Parties”) will not be liable for: any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Gifts.

By participating in the Promotion, and as a condition of acceptance of the Offer, you, your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability in connection with the Promotion, your participation therein and your acceptance, use or misuse of the Gift or any portion thereof. Niagara Pen Centre reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Promotion, or to amend these Terms, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.

THESE TERMS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND THE LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
