Rules& Regulations

1. To be eligible to enter, participants must be residents of the Avalon Region, Newfoundland and Labrador.

2. Participants who are 18 years of ageor older may enter independently. If a participant is under 18 years of age,they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Avalon Region, NL must claim and accept the prize on their behalf if selected as a winner.

3. The contest opens on October 13, 2026 and closes on October 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

4. To enter, participants must complete and submit The Village Shopping Centre Customer Survey during the contest period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

5. The prize must be picked up in person at The Village Shopping Centre Administration Office. If the prize is not picked up by the specified time and no alternate arrangements have been made, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. Prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

7. There are three (3) prizes available. Each winner will receive one (1) No Frills (Bev’s) $100 Gift Cards.

8. Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.

9. This contest is not open to The Village Shopping Centre employees, Leyad employees, their immediate families, or affiliated agencies.

10. Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

11. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

12. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.

13. Information and feedback collected through the survey may be used by The Village Shopping Centre for research, planning, and to better understand customer experiences and preferences. Personal information collected for contest entry purposes will be used to administer the contest and contact selected winners.

14. The Village Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

15. All entrants must comply with these Official Rules. Decisions of The Village Shopping Centre management are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
