Contest Rules & Regulations
1. The Summer Kids Club Scavenger Hunt (the "Contest") runs from July 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to August 20, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. (ET).
2. To be eligible, participants must find all six (6) letters in "SUMMER," record the corresponding 3-digit PIN at each stop, and submit a completed paper entry form to Guest Services. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Participants must be legal residents of Ontario and be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Completed paper entry forms must be submitted to Guest Services before the contest closes. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the contest closing date will be deemed invalid.
4. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries and contacted by email on or about August 21, 2026. Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question to be declared a winner in accordance with Canadian contest regulations. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable.
6. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting winners. By accepting a prize, winners also consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or unauthorized intervention. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries.
