Rules & Regulations

_{Contest Period: October 13–27, 2026}

_{1. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter, participants must be residents of Alberta, Canada.}

_{2. Age Requirements: Participants who are 18 years of age or older may enter independently. Participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If a participant under 18 is selected as a winner, a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and a resident of Alberta must claim and accept the prize on their behalf.}

_{3. Contest Period: The contest opens on October 13, 2026, and closes on October 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.}

_{4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete and submit the Londonderry Mall Customer Experience Survey during the contest period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.}

_{5. Prize Collection: Prizes must be picked up in person at Londonderry Mall Guest Services, located at 137 Avenue and 66 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Winners will be contacted with instructions and a deadline for prize collection. If a prize is not collected within the specified period and no alternative arrangements have been made, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.}

_{6. Prize Conditions: Prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded. Gift cards are subject to their applicable terms and conditions.}

_{7. Prizes: There are three (3) prizes available. Each winner will receive one (1) Londonderry Mall gift card valued at $100 CAD. The total retail value of all prizes is $300 CAD.}

_{8. Prize Substitutions: Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.}

_{9. Contest Exclusions: This contest is not open to employees of Londonderry Mall, Leyad, their immediate families, or affiliated agencies involved in administering the contest.}

_{10. Winner Selection: Three (3) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Selected participants will be contacted using the information provided in their survey submissions.}

_{11. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.}

_{12. Winner Verification: Before being declared a winner, a selected participant may be required to confirm their eligibility, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, and sign an eligibility declaration and liability/publicity release, where applicable.}

_{13. Privacy and Use of Information: Information and feedback collected through the survey may be used by Londonderry Mall and Leyad for research, planning, and understanding customer experiences and preferences. Personal information collected for contest entry purposes will be used to administer the contest and contact selected winners, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.}

_{14. Right to Modify or Cancel: Londonderry Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest, where permitted by law, if circumstances arise that affect the fair or proper administration of the promotion.}

_{15. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules & Regulations. Decisions of Londonderry Mall management regarding the administration of the contest are final, subject to applicable law.}
