1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to Canadian residents. Offer is not open to Niagara Pen Centre employees, Leyad employees, family members or affiliated agencies. Niagara Pen Centre retail merchants and tenants, their immediate families, and persons with whom such individuals are domiciled during the Promotion Period are not eligible to purchase or participate.

2. Offer: Spend $150 or more on Niagara Pen Centre Gift Cards between August 24, 2026 and August 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) and receive one (1) FREE $20 Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card, one (1) $5 GameworX Arcade Card for Kingpin St. Catharines, and one (1) voucher for a FREE round of mini golf at Kingpin St. Catharines, valued at $10.95 (collectively, the “Gift”), while supplies last (the “Offer”).

3. Offer Limits: Offer is available only while supplies last. Limit one (1) Gift per person, per day. A minimum Niagara Pen Centre Gift Card purchase of $150 in a single transaction is required to qualify. Offer is valid for in-person gift card purchases only; online gift card purchases are excluded. Fraudulent or non-complying requests will not receive the Gift. The Offer cannot be altered, copied, transferred, exchanged or sold. The Gift must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value.

4. Kingpin Promotional Items: The $5 GameworX Arcade Card and free mini golf voucher are provided by Kingpin St. Catharines and are subject to any applicable Kingpin terms, conditions, availability and redemption restrictions. The free mini golf voucher has an approximate retail value of $10.95. Promotional items cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another item or service.

5. General Conditions: This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of Niagara Pen Centre Management with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal. Niagara Pen Centre and the applicable promotional partners (the “Released Parties”) will not be liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Gifts. By participating in the Promotion and as a condition of acceptance of the Offer, you, your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability in connection with the Promotion, your participation therein, and your acceptance, use or misuse of the Gift or any portion thereof. THESE TERMS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THEIR TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND THE LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT-OF-LAWS RULES.
